Pricing and RRP

  • We publish a Recommended Retail Price (RRP) for customer transparency.
  • Stockists set their own retail prices in line with UK competition law.
  • Trade price lists are available in the portal or on request.

Customer safety and compliance

  • GB CLP labels on packs supplied in Great Britain.
  • Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in English for every SKU.
  • Ingredient disclosure in line with the Detergents Regulation (retained EU 648/2004).
  • For Northern Ireland, information is provided where local rules apply.

Provide EANs to your EPOS team and ensure SDS links are accessible to staff.

POS and training

  • POS kit contents: samples, mockup, POSM.
  • Brand guidelines: logo spacing, pack photography and copy tone
  • Staff briefing: 20-minute quick guide on hard-water setup, cycles and common FAQs
  • Digital assets: product images (web and print), copy blocks and ingredient summaries

Delivery damages and shortages

Inspect deliveries on arrival. Note any visible damage on the carrier’s POD

Report shortages or concealed damage within 07 working days with photos and lot codes

We replace or credit affected items once the claim is verified

Returns (trade)

  • Unopened, resaleable goods may be returned within 07 days of delivery with an RMA number.
  • Returns are at the sender’s cost unless the item was supplied in error or damaged in transit.
  • Consumer returns from your store are handled under your own policy; contact us if an issue relates to product quality.

Online listing standards

  • Use the product name and pack size as page titles.
  • Include clear usage instructions and hard-water guidance.
  • Link to the SDS and Safety & SDS page.
  • Avoid absolute environmental terms; keep claims specific and evidence-based.

Photography and copy usage

  • You may use Klarix photography and copy for the sole purpose of promoting Klarix products.
  • Do not alter labels or safety statements.
  • Do not imply manufacturing ownership or facilities that are not ours.

Credit terms

  • Pro-forma for first order unless otherwise agreed.
  • Credit accounts available after 05 consecutive orders and approval.
  • Payment terms:  30 days end-of-month. Late payment may pause dispatch.
